Store Milk, Dark and White Chocolate 20Pcs at 15 to 18°C in a cool, dry place. Each chocolate type has a slightly different optimal storage temperature.
Dark chocolate is the most stable. Milk and white chocolate contain more dairy fat and are more sensitive to both heat and moisture.
Store all three types in the same conditions — avoid any temperature that causes softening or sweating on the surface.
Once opened, reseal the packaging and consume within one to two weeks for the best texture. Exposed chocolate absorbs aromas rapidly.
Consume by the best-before date indicated. Milk and white varieties in particular are best eaten fresh rather than stored over long periods.
