Timeless Beauty Peonies in Vase combine red peonies with white roses, carnations, and Vendella roses. Each element has a slightly different vase life — 4 to 6 days for the peonies, longer for the roses.
Change the vase water every one to two days. The range of stem types means the water can turn faster than a single-variety arrangement — monitor it closely.
Re-trim all stem ends diagonally by 1 to 2 cm with each water change. Different stem thicknesses all benefit from a fresh diagonal cut.
Keep in a cool position away from fruit and sunlight. The red peonies are the most heat-sensitive element — their positioning requirements should guide where you place this arrangement.
Remove individual elements as they fade. The roses and carnations will typically last longer than the peonies — remove spent peony blooms to give the remaining flowers more space.
