Store Love You Chocolate Truffles in a cool, dry environment. Premium truffles are perishable — treat them like a fresh food item, not a shelf-stable gift.
Keep between 15 and 18°C. A wine fridge or cool larder is better than a household fridge for quality preservation.
Avoid placing in the refrigerator with other foods — truffles will absorb the aromas of cheese, fruit, and cooked food.
Cream-filled truffles should be consumed within two to three weeks of delivery for the best flavour balance and texture.
Consume by the best-before date. The cream centres deteriorate faster than the outer chocolate shell suggests — do not leave them until the last day.
