Work with flowers, and with people who care about them
Black & Blanc was founded in Dubai in 2017. Today a small team composes boxes, bouquets, infinity roses and event installations in our Al Quoz atelier, and delivers them across the Emirates every day of the week.
We are always glad to hear from people who share our attention to detail, whether you have years of floristry behind you or are just starting out.

Where you could fit
Delivery driver
Carry finished arrangements to homes, offices, hotels and hospitals across Dubai, often within the hour. You are the last person from the house the recipient meets, so care and good manners matter as much as the route.
Apply for this roleCustomer care
Look after customers on WhatsApp, phone and email, from the first question to the delivery photo. You will help people choose, handle changes calmly, and put things right when something goes wrong.
Apply for this rolePhotography and content
Photograph new arrangements in the studio and shape how the house appears on the website and social channels, keeping every image clean, calm and true to the flowers.
Apply for this roleEvents and installations
Help design, build and strike floral installations for weddings, maison dinners and brand activations, from the first sketch to the last stem on site.
Apply for this roleSomething else
Operations, purchasing, marketing or a role we have not thought of yet. If you believe you belong at Black & Blanc, tell us why.

What working here is like
Made to order
Nothing is pre-assembled. Every arrangement is composed after the order arrives, from stems chosen that morning, so the work is fresh every day.
Restraint and detail
We would rather send fewer stems placed well than many placed carelessly. The same goes for a message to a customer or a box on a doorstep.
One team
Florists, drivers and customer care work as one chain. Every order passes through several hands, and each of them is accountable for it.
