A bouquet is hand-tied and wrapped, to be put into the recipient's own vase. A box arrangement sits in its own lined presentation box with the stems in water, and a vase arrangement arrives in the vessel it is composed in. Only bouquets appear here.
Yes, seven days a week, on orders placed before 5pm. After 5pm the bouquet is composed the next morning and delivered that day.
A flat AED 49, added at checkout — the same figure whatever the size of the bouquet and wherever in the emirate it is going. Complimentary delivery applies within Dubai only; there is no free delivery to Abu Dhabi.
The rose bouquets come in set counts — 50/51, 100/101 and 200/201 stems among them. They are fixed compositions, so the count is what the piece is rather than something specified at checkout.
No. Every bouquet is a fixed composition rather than a made-to-order design. What is photographed is what is tied and sent — there is no substitution of colours or stems.
The emirate, rather than a shortlist within it — the Corniche, Al Reem Island, Khalifa City, Yas Island, Al Raha, Mussafah, Hamdan and Electra Streets, Shabiya and Abu Dhabi Mall among them. If an address is not named, it is still covered.
No. Midnight delivery — 11pm to 1am, AED 99, booked by 5pm — is available within Dubai only, and two-hour delivery is central Dubai only. Abu Dhabi is served by same-day delivery with a 5pm cut-off.
Yes. Nothing is held tied and waiting — each bouquet is composed after it is ordered, from stems selected that morning in the Al Quoz atelier, and carried up to Abu Dhabi the same day.
Yes. Every bouquet includes a complimentary note card, written by hand before dispatch, and the sender is told on WhatsApp the moment it lands.
Yes, and a good deal of what we send is ordered from abroad. Pay in your own currency and give us the recipient's address and number; the 5pm cut-off is Dubai time, so work back from that if you are in another time zone.
