Black & Blanc delivers across all seven emirates, seven days a week. Every arrangement is composed to order in the Al Quoz atelier on the day it is delivered — nothing is held over from a previous batch.

The fee outside Dubai is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery within Dubai is complimentary on every order, with no minimum.
Dubai
Dubai is the only emirate with a late cut-off. Order by 8:30pm on weekdays or 7:30pm at weekends and the arrangement arrives the same day; deliveries run past midnight. Two further options are available in Dubai only:
- Two-hour delivery — central Dubai, for orders placed within business hours.
- Midnight delivery — between 11pm and 1am, AED 99, ordered by 5pm. A separate service rather than an upgrade.
Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates
Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain are all served the same day when the order is placed before 5pm, for AED 49. There is no shop floor in any of these emirates — every arrangement is composed in Dubai and carried up on the day.
The earlier cut-off is the drive time, not a different standard of service. An order placed at 4pm for Abu Dhabi is composed the same afternoon as one placed at 4pm for Dubai.
Choosing a delivery window
A preferred window can be requested at checkout. For a delivery timed to a specific moment — a dinner reservation, a hotel arrival, someone coming home from work — the atelier recommends confirming with the concierge on WhatsApp at least twenty-four hours ahead. Traffic and volume can shift the exact arrival time.
Deliveries are made to homes, hotels, offices, hospitals and schools. Every order can carry a handwritten note at no extra cost.

Is delivery free across the UAE?
Delivery is complimentary within Dubai. The other six emirates carry a charge of AED 49, shown at checkout.
Can I get same-day delivery outside Dubai?
Yes, to all six other emirates, on orders placed before 5pm.
How late can I order for Dubai?
8:30pm on weekdays and 7:30pm at weekends for same-day delivery. For a late arrival, midnight delivery runs 11pm–1am and is ordered by 5pm.
Do you deliver on Fridays and weekends?
Yes, seven days a week. Only the Dubai cut-off changes at weekends, from 8:30pm to 7:30pm.
