How am I charged?
You pay for your first delivery on a secure link when you start. Your card is saved by our payment provider, Tap — we never see your card details. Every later delivery is charged the day before it arrives, and we message you two days before each charge. Nothing is charged further ahead than that.
Can I change or skip a delivery?
Yes, up to 48 hours before it: the date, time or address, from the link in our messages or by replying on WhatsApp. On a plan with a set length you can skip up to two deliveries, and each one moves to the end of your plan. On a plan with no end date you can skip up to two in a row.
How do I cancel?
Message us at any time, with no fee, up to 48 hours before your next delivery. A delivery already charged is still delivered. Once you cancel, nothing more is charged and your saved card is removed.
Does my plan renew by itself?
A 1, 3 or 6-month plan ends after its last delivery and does not renew on its own — we will ask whether you would like another. A plan with no end date runs until you cancel it.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is complimentary in Dubai. To Abu Dhabi and the other emirates it is AED 49 per delivery, charged with each delivery. Your delivery window is agreed with our concierge.
Is every bouquet the same?
Every delivery is the bouquet and size you chose, cut and arranged the morning it leaves us. Flowers are seasonal: if a stem is not at its best, our florists replace it with one of equal or higher value, keeping the style, colour and size.
Can I change my size?
You can move up to a larger size at any time; the new price applies from the next delivery not yet charged. To move to a smaller size, cancel and start a new plan.
Why is the 1-month plan weekly only?
One month is a short plan, so it runs at its fullest: four weekly deliveries at the full price. Every 2 weeks and every month are offered on 3 and 6-month plans and on a plan with no end date.
