Mirzam's single-origin chocolate is particularly sensitive to temperature fluctuation — store between 15 and 18°C and avoid refrigeration.

Dates can be stored at room temperature for up to two weeks. In a sealed container in the fridge, they keep for several months.

Keep chocolate away from fruit and strong food aromas — Mirzam's high cacao content makes it more aroma-absorbent than heavily sweetened chocolate.
