Garden roses have more petals than standard hybrid roses and typically last 5 to 7 days in floral foam with regular care.

Add a small amount of water to the foam every two days. Garden roses are thirsty by nature — check the foam more frequently than you would for standard roses.

Keep in a cool spot with no direct sunlight. The more petals a rose has, the more sensitive it is to heat — a cool room makes a significant difference.

Do not trim or move the stems — all are set in foam. Gentle, regular hydration and temperature control are the only care steps needed.

As outer petals begin to drop, remove them individually. Garden roses drop petals cleanly and the inner petals continue to open after the outer layer falls.
