Keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight, air conditioning vents, and heat sources — all three shorten the life of cut roses significantly.

Add a small amount of water to the foam every two to three days to keep it saturated; press your finger into the foam before adding — if it feels damp, skip that day.

Do not trim the stems — the roses are fixed in foam and cutting is unnecessary. Focus on keeping the foam moist and the air around it cool.

Remove individual petals or blooms as they fade to keep the arrangement looking fresh longer.
