REFUND POLICY

AMENDMENT, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

In case of any problem, the customer is required to contact BLACK AND BLANC imminently
The staff will try to resolve the problem and if required, they will replace the product.
If the product can not be replace for any reason, the customer will be refunded.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

In case you decided to amend anything about the order, including the order item, address, telephone number or delivery date, we need to be informed about it up to 12 hours after the order has been placed. In case the delivery is sent out for delivery, we are not able to make any changes to the order.
