By 8:30pm on weekdays and 7:30pm at weekends. Deliveries run past midnight, so an evening order still arrives the same day. The earlier in the day you order, the more delivery windows remain open — which matters most when the arrangement has to land at a particular hour.
Nothing within Dubai — delivery is complimentary at every price, with no minimum order. Other emirates carry a charge that varies by emirate and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Central Dubai only. Across the wider city, same-day delivery covers Downtown, Marina, JBR, Jumeirah, Business Bay, DIFC, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Deira, Bur Dubai, Dubai Hills and Arabian Ranches.
By 5pm for same-day delivery in either. Abu Dhabi is served by our Priority service at AED 49; Sharjah by Rapid at AED 29. Orders placed after 5pm are delivered the following day.
Two options. Same-day delivery has a 5pm cut-off and carries a charge — AED 29 for Ajman, AED 49 for Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Alternatively our Standard service delivers free the following day, ordered by 7pm. Select your emirate at checkout to see both.
Yes, in Dubai. Midnight delivery runs between 11pm and 1am for AED 99 and must be booked by 5pm. It is arranged separately from standard same-day delivery.

Seven days a week. Weekend cut-offs in Dubai are half an hour earlier — 7:30pm rather than 8:30pm — because the last evening delivery slot does not run.
A wrong phone number. Our driver calls the recipient on arrival, so give us their mobile rather than your own — even when the delivery is a surprise. Offices with reception security are the other common delay; a floor or desk number helps.
Yes. Our concierge coordinates multi-address delivery from a single brief — different arrangements to different addresses, each with its own card message — rather than requiring separate orders. This is how most corporate and family sending is handled.

Windows are chosen at checkout rather than assigned. Ordering in the morning leaves the widest choice; by late evening only the final slots remain. Where the timing carries the meaning rather than the day — a dinner reservation, a hotel check-in, a surprise that must not arrive before the person it is meant for — tell the WhatsApp concierge and we will hold the arrangement to that moment.
What Helps a Delivery Arrive Cleanly
Give us the recipient's mobile number, not your own. Our driver calls on arrival, and a wrong number is the single most common reason a delivery runs late — including for surprises, where people often give their own number by instinct.
For an office, add a floor or desk number. Reception security is the second most common delay. For a hospital, check the ward's policy first; several Dubai hospitals restrict flowers, and a boxed arrangement is always the safer format because it arrives finished and needs no vase.
Composed the Day It Is Sent
Nothing is delivered from stock. Every arrangement is composed after it is ordered, from stems selected that morning, which is why the delivery window and the freshness are the same question. A late order is not an older arrangement — it is simply a narrower choice of hour.
Every order includes a complimentary handwritten-style note card, written before dispatch.
