Three points for every dirham you spend on an order placed through this website. They are added to your account once the order is complete. There is nothing to join and no card to carry — if you have an account, you are already earning.

Most likely, yes. Points have been added retrospectively for orders placed over the past twelve months, so there may already be a balance waiting on your account.

Signing in is a one-time code sent to you, not a password to remember. Points belong to an account, so they cannot be spent as a guest.
The lower of half the order or AED 250. On an order of AED 400 that is AED 200; on an order of AED 900 it is AED 250, because the cap applies first.
The smallest amount that can be redeemed is 1,000 points, which is AED 10.
No — one or the other. If you enter a discount code, your points are not applied to that order, and they stay on your account for a future one. Nothing is lost either way.
The points return to your account. A cancelled order never costs you the balance you spent on it.
Points are worked out from the value of the flowers in your order. Delivery within Dubai is complimentary in any case, and charges for other emirates are shown at checkout.

Earning

On any single order you may use the lower of half the order or AED 250, and the smallest redemption is 1,000 points. On an order of AED 400 that means AED 200 off; on an order of AED 900, AED 250.
Points and Promotions
Points and discount codes are not combined on the same order. If a code is entered, points are not applied — and they remain on your account, untouched, for another time.
Cancellations
If an order paid for partly with points is cancelled, the points are returned to your account in full.
