Store Compartes Rosé Delight Set in a cool, dry place between 15 and 18°C. Avoid refrigeration unless the room temperature exceeds 22°C.
Refrigeration can cause sugar bloom — a white, dusty film on the surface of the chocolate — which is harmless but affects appearance and texture.
Keep away from strong-smelling foods. Chocolate readily absorbs surrounding aromas, which affects its flavour.
Do not leave in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Cocoa butter melts at relatively low temperatures and causes the chocolate to lose its snap and finish.
Best consumed by the indicated best-before date. Consume within a few days of opening for the best texture and flavour experience.
Sweetness from Compartes, dressed beautifully in rosé.
