Spending points
The longer you save, the further they go
A hundred points is a dirham — but hold on to them and each one is worth more. At thirty thousand points every point is worth a fifth again what it started at.
Sign in before checkout and the right block comes off your total by itself. There is nothing to work out and nothing to enter.

Every order placed through this website earns points. How many depends on your card: three points for every dirham on Blanc, six on Silver, ten on Black. They are added once the order is delivered. There is nothing to join and no card to carry — if you have an account, you are already earning.

Most likely, yes. Points have been added retrospectively for orders placed over the past twelve months, so there may already be a balance waiting on your account — and those orders count towards your card too.

One block of points per order, up to the lower of half the order or AED 250. On an order of AED 400 that is AED 200; on an order of AED 900 it is AED 250, because the cap applies first.
The smallest amount that can be redeemed is 1,000 points, which is AED 10.
Points last twelve months from the day they are earned.
No — one or the other. If you enter a discount code, your points are not applied to that order, and they stay on your account for a future one. Nothing is lost either way.
The points return to your account. A cancelled order never costs you the balance you spent on it.
Points are worked out from the value of the flowers in your order. Delivery within Dubai is complimentary in any case, and charges for other emirates are shown at checkout.
How Points Work at Black & Blanc
Earning
Every order placed on this website earns points, and the rate depends on your card — three points for each dirham on Blanc, six on Silver, ten on Black. Points are added once the order is delivered, and there is nothing to sign up for: an account is all that is required.
If you have ordered from us before, you may already hold a balance. Points were added retrospectively across the last twelve months of orders when the scheme opened, and those orders count towards your card.
The Cards

A card is held for twelve months from the day it is reached. It is then reviewed against the preceding year, and no one falls more than one step. We write thirty days before a review if one further order would hold the card.
Spending
