Delivery Policy

Dubai

• Complimentary delivery on every order.
• Same-day delivery when you order by 8:30pm on weekdays, or 7:30pm at weekends.
• Deliveries run through the evening and past midnight.
• Two-hour delivery is available in central Dubai.
• Midnight delivery, 11pm–1am, is AED 99 — order by 5pm.

Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain

• Delivery outside Dubai is a flat AED 49 — the same rate for all six emirates.
• Same-day delivery when you order by 5pm.
• There is no complimentary delivery outside Dubai.

If the slots for your chosen day are already full, delivery may move to the next available slot. For anything out of the ordinary, please contact us before placing your order.

In the case of Gift Cards, the code will be delivered through email.

Black and Blanc will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
